Not usable on iPhone
Can’t get it to work on my iPhone. It’s a new iPhone, and it’s a fresh copy of this app. Too bad it doesn’t work.
Terrible Login
Tried to login bcuz I just joined a new gym but it didn’t work after I used my access code, absolutely terrible
Absolute Garbage
Logged me out and I never receive the reset email for my password.
Literally the worst
I have had SO MANY issues with this app, our club offers group classes and all of us ladies take them. We are logged out of this app and told our passwords are invalid at least once a freaking week!!! We are so frustrated our gym switched and we have left countless letters and notes for staff to tell them how much we hate this! Not user friendly, half the time it doesn’t even show the correct information on the page and the app is so temperamental you never even know if it’s going to work that day or not!

Easy access
Only thing I would recommend updating on the app at the moment is not allowing screen shots. Just makes it too easy for others who are not honest to share their membership with others.
Not user friendly
Many unnecessary steps having to go back and forth with portal and then always having to go through more steps to get correct location/facility. Just not user friendly in general.
Love this app
This app is great! Especially the new features that were just released!
Trash
It signs you out when it updates. The latest version sets your brightness to max for the barcode, and keeps it at max even after closing the app.
I wish my gym offered another option to this or their hilariously oversized plastic barcode keychains that they charge you for when they inevitably fall apart.
Trash, avoid if possible.

Hot garbage
I have to download this app again every couple of weeks or so if I want it to work correctly. Dear Peak, love ya but go back to the old app. I’m glad you’re saving money but you’re killing me Smalls.
Useless app
This is the worst app, does not work. Have to continuously delete and re download it. I’m sure the only reason my gym keeps using it, in spite of multiple complaints, is because it’s cheap. Get rid of it!!
Terrible app
It won’t let me schedule facility. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall. What a pain!
Does Paramount Acceptance exist??
OMG, is anyone fixing this app?? It does not work consistently on either iPhone 14 or iPad Pro. This has been reported before. After downloading app, it will load “schedule facility” for about 4 times on iPhone, maybe 8 times on iPad, then goes blank. App must be deleted on BOTH devices, and redownloaded and then it works again for 4-8 times, depending on whether on iPhone or iPad. PLEASE FIX THIS. This is the only way to schedule pool or court online. Why must I give this app even ONE star. It’s useless.

Update 04 March
Well, this dev team has once again screwed up their app. The facility scheduling screen doesn’t render anything — most likely because it’s a cheaply-made web app, and they enabled a modal “cookies ok?” function that doesn’t actually appear on screen. Same for the website but you can overload it and get there at least. Now deal with the slow site.
Poor dev practices coupled with apparently no QA at all. Nice.
Without a doubt the worst piece of garbage I’ve ever used on my iPhone — especially egregious as I’m forced to because the management of this club didn’t bother to perform due diligence when selecting this mess. This is a “web app”, not a real app — in other words, an app done on the cheap. Merely a front end to their website, which is slow and buggy in itself. Refreshes can take upwards of 30 seconds at times. The user flow is terrible, response is flabby, and feedback is mostly “mystery meat”. While there are reservation libraries out there to use, this developer clearly chose to roll their own because hey, how hard could it be to write code for reservations? Well, it’s not trivial. So now we have an environment where the second person to request a court replaces the first person while both people see they have a reservation — until they arrive and have to negotiate on the court, some of them having driven an hour or more to get there. And now a new feature: the courts you’ve reserved show no date or time, so if you have multiple courts booked out over the next few days, you have to guess which is which. This developer is incompetent — but the people at the club who selected this app are really to blame for enabling the developer to inflict this stuff on their members.

Fail
Seems like court reservation software should only allow one user to make a court reservation at a specific date and time. We’ve had multiple instances of the same court being booked by two different people. I hope other gym owners do some due diligence and don’t set this up.
Frustrating
App does not keep you logged in. Why my gym switched to this app I will never know.... embarrassing decision.
Nope
Horrible. Doesn’t even display full schedule options. Where is the option to schedule pool lanes? Racquetball courts? Peak fitness…. Why did you switch to this crap? Now I can’t even schedule the things I have a membership for
Simple but it works
The allows me to check in with my phone. I was able to update my profile through the app.
PNW
App doesn’t keep me logged in, can’t enter billing information, won’t let me make changes to my profile. I don’t have a choice of whether to use the app because my gym requires it. If it did not I would delete the app!!!
