Not user friendly
You should simplify the app.
-booking a PT session is taking too many steps and includes too many emails. (Eventually this is gonna start going to spam and it will be totally useless).
Another way to resolve this is to add “preferences “ for the emails.
But again… too many clicks for a simple booking of a pt session… it’s not good.
— also after booking several pt sessions the app should start recognising the “preferred trainer” and to suggest it as first option.
You should really start to think from the user’s POV and experience if you want to improve!!!
Make it easy and engaging.
-the rewards is a good idea but you should keep on developing and updating this to keep people engaged.

Not user friendly ui
The UI is not user-friendly - finding where and how to activate your access to a pulse gym is unintuitive. The most concerning question is why I am obliged to grant access to my personal data - such as location, camera and Bluetooth - in order to be able to enter a fitness club??
