Will text people without your consent
Tried to sign up for this today looking for a professional networking app to help manage dozens of new relationships when I took a new position. However, they don’t disclose that they will text your contacts without your consent and spam them with advertisements for this. Not a good first impression and won’t be using. It’s one thing to ask current users to invite others to the platform but it’s another to text people’s contacts without their knowledge! I’ll be finding a different service.

Can’t add phone numbers to change primary
My VOIP lines to have SMS. I don’t want my real number in my contact info. Kind of silly there’s an option to add a phone number that doesn’t work and even sillier to require phone verification at all, especially through SMS.

Heard really good things about this app but it will not verify with the sms code I receive. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall still doesn’t work.

No Way to Cancel this Pulse Account
I signed up for this app as a favor to the mom of one of the developers when they were trying to get off the ground. I am trying to sign out of the app and close this account because I have no use for it but there is no way I can accomplish this task. It is very dishonest to hold on to peoples info against their will and not provide an option for account cancellation for the sake of artificially inflating users numbers to impress investors. I downloaded this app in the summer of 2020 and never used it - there are so many apps that do the same thing and are much more user friendly. I regret downloading it because I’m stuck with this account against my will. The positive reviews for this app must be from friends and family!

I love what it is. I want a personal CRM to keep track of and build relationships and this hits the nail on the head.
One complaint I have is the location window popping up automatically. Is there a way to turn this off? I don’t need it right now and would prefer that it be a choice to launch rather than forcing it to launch.
Other than that, I think I’ve found what I needed!

Brilliant app. One day we’ll all be using it
I tend to lose track of names, business cards, where I met people, and struggle in general to keep my contacts organized. This is such a brilliant app, providing a way to keep all of someone’s info in one place. The organization through groups, tags, and location is so well thought out. One of the really useful tools on the app is a way to set follow-up reminders for who you need to follow up with. Excited to see more and more people using this app as it’s a great way to connect, organize, and network.

Useful tool for Media Professionals
This app has saved me so much business. While on the job as a videographer, I’m meeting people while I shoot. That tends to lead to more business. However when I’m shooting on site it’s easy to forget who you spoke to when you get home hours later. Hence why the Pulse app makes my life easier when on the go and need to connect with future clients down the road.
