User reviews

Absolutely a required device for my training!

I lift more and with much more focus now and cannot train without these! These Devices connect the Mind to the Muscles and creates a more intense a targeted muscle training.

Very good for recovery

So for me, the biggest benefit of the Pulse Device has honestly been recovery—especially for my lower back. I sit a lot for work and lift pretty regularly, and over time that combo really started to mess with my posture and leave me feeling tight and sore by the end of the day. I started using Pulse in recovery mode, placing it on my lower back for 10–15 minutes, and it’s made a huge difference. The vibration helps loosen everything up and just brings some relief when I need it most.

It’s also helped me stay more aware of my posture throughout the day. When I’m not as tight or stiff, it’s way easier to stand taller and move better. The fact that I can use it at home while I’m watching TV or even at my desk is a huge plus. It’s simple, targeted, and actually works—not something I say lightly about recovery tools.
