Horrible service
Their appointment management system is very bad. I have booked doctor appointment with 800bdt. But Doctor gave me consultation over audio call (just 4/5 mins). Doctor didn’t gave me any prescription though. After calling customer support several times after 5 days they managed me a text mentioning medicine name from doctor which pulse support telling its prescription. Even they do not give any booking confirmation message or call about appointment schedule when deducting money, just call before 10 min before appointment schedule.
