About

Pulse ID is the multi-factor authentication (MFA) app from CyberSquad — fast, simple sign-in protection for your HorizonCloud desktop and Windows computers. When you sign in, Pulse ID sends a prompt straight to your phone. Approve or deny with a single tap — right from your lock screen or Apple Watch — protected by Face ID or your device passcode. WORKS WHERE YOU SIGN IN • HorizonCloud desktops — remote and in the office • Windows sign-ins — at your computer and over Remote Desktop FAST AND SIMPLE • One-tap Approve or Deny from the notification, lock screen or Apple Watch • See who is signing in and where before you approve • Requests expire automatically, so an old prompt can never be approved by mistake SECURE BY DESIGN • Every approval is protected by Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode • Your phone is linked to your account with a secure, one-time enrolment QR code • Deny anything you didn't start — your IT team is alerted ALWAYS AVAILABLE • Built-in backup service: if the main service can't be reached, Pulse ID switches over automatically so you can keep signing in GETTING STARTED Pulse ID is provided by CyberSquad to the organisations we support. Your IT administrator will send you an enrolment link or QR code — scan it with your phone's camera and you're set up in under a minute. Need help? Contact your IT support team or CyberSquad at support@cybersquad.com.au.
