About

Pulse turns your Apple Health data into clear, beautiful insights — with everything staying on your device. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE Open Pulse to the Overview dashboard: Apple Watch activity rings, active calories, exercise minutes, stand hours, steps, distance, sleep and VO₂ Max. Switch between Today, Week, Month and Year, or step back through your history with the calendar picker. Every card opens a full graph, and the rings card unfolds into a day-by-day grid showing exactly which days you closed all three rings. YOUR WORKOUTS, DECODED The Workouts dashboard reads your walking, running, hiking, cycling and swimming workouts from Apple Health and charts distance, calories, duration and heart rate over any week, month or year. Drill from a year into a month, a week, a single day, down to one workout — with pace, heart-rate ranges and highlights for each session. Filter everything by activity, and share any workout as a polished image card. SLEEP AND FITNESS TRENDS See each night split into Deep, Core and REM sleep, and follow your VO₂ Max — your cardio fitness level — as it rises or falls over time. REPORTS YOU CAN SHARE Export a detailed PDF for any week, month or year — an Overview report covering every dashboard card with charts, stats and plain-language explanations of the data, or a Workout report with per-metric charts, highlights and per-activity ranges. Save to Files, share anywhere, or email it in one tap. Turn on the weekly automation and Pulse reminds you every Monday morning with last week's report ready to send. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Pulse is read-only and on-device. It never writes to Apple Health, collects nothing, tracks nothing, and sends nothing anywhere — your data leaves your phone only when you choose to share it. You can delete your profile and all locally stored data at any time. MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD A warm, focused design with light and dark modes, a guided tour to get you started, and cited health information throughout. Pulse requires Apple Health access to display your data. An Apple Watch is recommended for activity rings, sleep and VO₂ Max. Pulse is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Medical Disclaimer: Pulse is a fitness and workout-tracking app provided for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Heart-rate zones and other figures are estimates derived from your Apple Health data and general fitness guidelines. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare professional with any questions about your health, and before starting or changing your exercise routine or making any medical decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this app.

What's New in Pulse Insights

1.5

October 26, 2026

Pulse is ready for iPhone Duo. Closed, it works as on any iPhone. Open, the inner display shows more at once: more cards on Home, charts beside their details and a workout's map beside its stats. Pulse's buttons sit in the side bar with every other app's, and half folded, nothing lands in the crease. Also fixed: a freeze on iPad when opening a chart or a workout, and the app's name on your Home Screen, which version 1.4 showed as "Pulse Dev".
