Crappy company! Buyers, beware if you might return
Do not buy from this company!! Shop with a more reputable company! IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR ORDER, returning is dumb!! First, you have to call to get a RMA #, they DO NOT SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL, you pay for your own shipping back, so don’t buy too many things, or your paying a lot to return. Also to return, YOU HAVE TO PAY 20% RESTOCKING FEE!! Unless the idem has something wrong with it. But if you are not sure if you’re not going to like it, or if it’s going to fit, do not buy from them!!! RIP OFF!! I paid for 1 scrub pant for $30.96 (that’s with 5.99 shipping). Restocking fee, they get $4.99, then to ship it back, $13.08 for ONE SCRUB PANTS in plastic wrapping they shipped to me. In their instructions, it’s says a box. I had to call back and ask if it can be shipped back in the original plastic wrap sent in. As it was even more money in a box to ship!!! They do not email you a label, like more reputable, respectable companies do such as Scrubs and Beyond or other major scrub companies (recently returned 4 pants for little over $8 and their emailed a prepaid label with easy shipping back. As most women know, not all sizes are true to be the same for all brands. You have to write out your own label yourself or have the shipping company do it. Now imagine you got many items with Pulse Uniform and didn’t like them. Risky to ship with this company!! After spending $30.96, my return I will gain back is $6.90! I have not even got it back yet so we will see. $24.06 lesson it costed me to learn to never shop with this company again. Oh, and at the end for “easier transition” ( for Pulse Uniform, not the customer), the customer needs to email them your tracking of your return (I have never paid this much for a return in my life and I’m 40 years old). Shop there at your own risk!! Only buy from them if you are 100% that you will want to keep it and zero chance you will dislike it and need to return it. If your not sure on the size, don’t even risk it. Scrub pants do not weight much at all in plastic wrap and costed $13.08 (cheapest for me to ship it) in the United States. (Not China). Companies usually, to my understanding, make deals with shipping companies to make it cheaper for them on their end. LAZY COMPANY!! Go somewhere that stands by their products and customer satisfaction. This is my very first negative feedback I ever gave because it is absolutely ridiculous. Totally understand a company messing up or shipping something wrong or came broken. BUT, this is plain ridiculous and pretty close to calling them crooks!! (Really, Pulse Uniform? 20%restocking fee on scrub pants??? online?? (Didn’t buy a TV or computer here??) No shipping label returns?? Get with the program!! Maybe check out other RESPECTABLY scrub companies and read their return policies. They have been around for a while for a reason. They obviously stand by their products and don’t need to rob their customers. You lost me as a customer and hope my review will warn people to shop very carefully at your company. If you don’t believe me, read their policy. It is hard to find, but it is there. (Actually, I believe you have to search it in their search magnifying glass to find it). BUT, you have to go EVEN further to learn the 20% restocking fee and what you call the “small print”. Just keep reading. As of Oct 2022. BEWARE!!!

This app doesn’t work!
Tried it on both my iPhone and iPad. Bigger discount offered for in app purchases, but app never lets you get that far into the process. App developer needs to retool something here...
