About

Move more, without thinking about it. Most fitness apps ask you to carve out time. Pulse does the opposite: it slips bite-sized exercises into the time you already have. A few push-ups between meetings. A plank before lunch. A round of squats while the coffee brews. Over a day, it adds up to more movement than most people get in a week. How it works Tell Pulse when your day starts and ends, pick the kinds of exercises you want, and it does the rest. Every 30 to 45 minutes (you choose), it surfaces a short workout — three or five minutes, a few different movements. Do it, skip it, or come back later. No streaks to shame you, no leaderboards to chase. Features - Smart scheduling — workouts appear only during your active hours, on the weekdays you pick - Two session modes — fixed exercise count, or keep going until you hit a calorie target - Rep-based and timed exercises — from push-ups and squats to planks and wall sits - Tag filters — turn Strength, Cardio, Flexibility, Core, Upper Body, Lower Body, or Full Body on and off - Variety, on purpose — Pulse downweights exercises you've already done today so sessions stay fresh - Apple Health integration — every completed workout syncs to the Fitness app - iCloud sync — your history and settings follow you across devices - Notifications that respect your day — quiet outside your active hours, gone when you turn off a weekday Expand with Packs Six themed exercise packs add new moves for specific goals: - Desk Jockey — posture resets and mobility for office workers - Zen Moment — slow stretches and breathing for stress days - Power Burst — short, high-intensity blasts - Core Sculptor — focused abdominal and stability work - Iron Starter — strength fundamentals you can do anywhere - Bandcamp — resistance band routines for travel and small spaces Each pack is a one-time purchase. The base app gives you everything you need to start. Privacy Pulse doesn't have accounts, ads, or trackers. Your workout history lives on your devices and in your private iCloud — never on our servers. Start small. Move often. Let Pulse handle the timing.

Exactly what I needed

Not going to get shredded or ripped or anything, but a bit of movement to break up my day has done wonders.
