User reviews

Excellent App

The app is simple but it does something that much more complex apps can’t. It would be even better if it allow users to customize the interface.

Response from developer

Thank you for trying it out! I am glad you are finding the app useful. I will work on adding customization options, though it might take a bit of time to get right. Thanks again for the feedback!

Awesome for landscape viewing

First time review and this is awesome.

Would be great if there was an Apple Watch complication to quickly launch the app!

Response from developer

Thanks a bunch for taking the time to leave your review! I had actually been considering adding complications but wasn't sure if they were truly necessary, so I was really glad to hear that you would find them useful. The latest release now includes a complication for the Apple Watch! Enjoy!

Great app design

Love the app! I watch shows on my iPad while using a stationary bike and wanted to see my heart rate but got tired of constantly looking at my watch. Having it display on my phone was a great solution.

One stat I'd like to see in the heart rate zone display is the amount of time spent in each zone. I try to stay in zone 2 for my workouts but sometimes my heart rate will go outside that zone, so it'd be useful to see how much time is being spent in each zone.

Average heart rate would be nice to see during the workout too, but it shows after the workout as well, so not as big of a need.

Other than that I love how minimal and simple it is. Keep up the great work!

Response from developer

Hey Peter, thanks for the kind words! ❤️ It’s super cool to hear about the setups people use it in. I originally made this just for myself, so it’s awesome to see it being useful for others too. I'll be working on adding that 'time in zone' breakdown and the average HR display in the upcoming updates. Thanks for the feedback!
