About
Measure your pulse with the camera and flash.
Gently rest a fingertip on the rear camera and flash. Light passes through your finger, and the camera reads the tiny brightness changes as blood flows with each heartbeat. It uses photoplethysmography (PPG), the same idea behind the Apple Watch heart sensor.
Features
- Heart-rate monitor waveform, green on black
- A heart that beats with your pulse
- 15-second measurement, saved automatically to History
- History with average, min and max
- English and Japanese
How to use
Cover the rear lens and flash with your fingertip, hold still, and wait a few seconds. Sitting at rest gives the best accuracy.
Important
This is not a medical device. Readings are a rough reference at rest and cannot diagnose or treat anything. Movement throws them off. Frames are analyzed on your device and are never saved or sent.
