• Guided first-run setup: scan the pairing code your server prints, or type the URL and token and test the connection before you continue. • Your server token is stored in the iOS Keychain. • Sync progress is kept per server, so switching servers never mixes up what was sent. • The log shows how much of each upload was new to your server. • On a new setup, recent daily summaries upload first, so your server has something to show while history backfills. • Fixes: no false "backfill complete" for types that produced no samples, and setup can no longer stall on the medications permission step.
