I made 5 orders where at least 3 arrived wrong, the sizes seem to be checked and send you what they want in one of the packages I received only a pair of shoes with the box in pieces and with a pair missing, I tried to communicate and no one gave me an answer 100 dollars in the trash in a single pair

Yes app is easy to use it. But anyone made a return the item? I did. There is no news for the refund. No emails they that got the items back. Called more than few. I disputed at last after 16 days. I am never gonna buy from the app again.
