Stealing customers money
The app was convenient for a while until they decided to start stealing money from the customers and the customer service doesn’t answer email or any other type of communication.
They say they will answer in a few hours but it seems the meaning of a few is more than 72 hours for them.
I will go to another brand of gasoline from now on.

La app fast pay ni el local Gasolina Puma se hacen responsable por los reembolso, aún cuando el pago se hizo y la gasolina no se despachó. Fue mi experiencia a pesar de haberme contactado.

They stole my money
Used the app to pay for gas and they charge me $20 twice but the transaction didn’t go through in app. I filed a complaint for refund with evidence of the transactions to their customer service contact email and they never respond nor refunded the money they charged to my bank account linked to account. Their customer service is non existent. You can’t reach anyone to help you. They are stealing people’s money!

It could be better
I enjoy the option of not having to go inside to pay for gasoline but it only allows me to use it once a day. I have two cars and its an ache to not being able to fill both cars in the same week.

Good way to pay gas in PR
With the fact that you have to pay at the cashier and guess the amount you need to fill up a tank; this is a good alternative in the Island. Besides when you pay at the cashier and they set the amount I believe they are stealing from you. The only negative criticism is that at times the app is unreliable but very few times.

Sometimes I’m about as well dressed as going to buy food at the Drive Thru. Sometimes I’m just dressed for this quick errand and want the least bit of interaction as possible.
This helps me get gas quick and easy, plus the small percentage return makes me feel rewarded. Even when the pump isn’t working, I can quickly call and get the issue resolved to get my money back and easily get another pump to try again.
The best customer service I’ve had to work with and the app is a dream. Wish all my apps worked this efficiently. Great job you guys!
