I have money in etherium in this app and it comes back as no data transferred when I try to log on. Is the app broken?
Do Not Use This App to Purchase PumaPay Crypto
The app discretion in the App Store clearly gives the impression that you can buy, exchange, transfer coins “including their own PumaPay coin” but unfortunately that is incorrect.
PumaPay has a lot of great potential as a service but tactics like this will overshadow whatever they are trying to accomplish.
Not sure if it’s due to me being in the U.S.A.
If a DEV responds to this. All I care about is purchasing and storing PMA.

Hello?
I got that app to buy some PMA but it wasn’t available and no exchange support. I started KYC verification, but I now want all my information deleted and my account disabled. No response by email. I will change my review if I get a response confirming my PII (personally identifiable information) has been deleted and will not be used.

Money deducted more than once for failed transactions
I was trying to add $106 yesterday to PumaPay account(tried multiple times and every time it failed). But I was deducted $1166, 8 times $106 was deducted and 1 time $318 was deducted. How do I get the refund, I don’t see that amount in PumaPay as well...I am scared to use this app anymore
