I tried to get into the game but every time i hit the app and where it says touch to start, it wont let me play, but good game tho
this was perfect crossover for practice
there were some bugs when the game was still around but I really do hope for pump it up mobile to get a new version that's entirely finished and bug free. I think a new version would be appropriate as it helped me and my friend so much while we were first getting into the game.

Can’t play the game
I open the game and it says tap to play tap on the screen multiple times in various different areas and nothing happens

I just downloaded pump it up mobile witch took forever by the way and didn’t work.I was taping like it said but didn’t work.I was so excited to play pump it up but that’s all down the drain

Its been A literally a year since this game was last updated and in that time, it is now impossible to download any new songs that you purchased, anytime you try to redownload any of the songs, it just takes you a load screen and not actually download the song, so all you have is the free tracks that dont have “redownload” on it, as much as i liked this game over the years, its unfortunate that the game just basically fell like this.

Great game, unfortunately discontinued
After updating my old review a bunch having noticed the game was seemingly abandoned, I later saw on the official site that this game was officially discontinued in June 2022. It’s an absolute shame, because as good as this game plays it’s also clearly unfinished with missing options, several currencies in the UI going unused, and a lack of the series’ hallmark animated videos. Fortunately, the game still seems to be working, at least on my device- I imagine it’ll be removed from the store fairly soon, so I do recommend at least trying it before it disappears for good. Hopefully we see another home version of PIU in the future, and I wish the team the best.

Not letting me touch to start
When I open up the app, it gives me the command to touch the screen to start playing, but every time I touched the screen, nothing happens.
Need support ASAP
Having the same issue as others. Few songs didn’t download properly, uninstalled and reinstalled in attempt to fix it. Now the game won’t go past the initial welcome screen. “Touch to start” but won’t accept any inputs.
Please help I’ve spent money on this game because I truly love it and wanted to support but this is unacceptable.

Server maybe down or worst dead!!!
The game last updated was around a year ago. Also the last post on Piumgame official page on Facebook was last posted around that same time. So either the server is down or the game have been drop by the devs. That’s why you guys are unable to start the game.
Can’t even start the game
It’s at the beginning where it says “touch to start ”. No matter how you touch it, it doesn’t do anything. Even downloaded on 3 other phones to make sure it’s not my phone.
App no longer works
After installing the app, the app freezes at the home screen "tap to start". Nothing happens.
FIX YOUR GAME ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT WONT RESPOND.
Purchased a few songs and upon downloading it prompted me to re-download the songs because the files were corrupt. There is no “re download” or “re-install” option, so I had to try and re-install the game to attempt to play the songs I literally just purchased. Upon reinstalling the download progress bar pops
up for a second and then the start screen shows. The game won’t allow me to progress past the start screen. Pretty sure your servers are down, disappointed I wasted money.

Great game just missing some songs
I love Pump it Up and I love the songs in it, I’d just like there to be 86 by Dasu and Ice of Death by Fiverwater in it. All the other great songs are in, and I love it. Of course, without the animations but it’s on a mobile device so you don’t have to do that. But I’d just really like those two songs in it, along with some of the regular Kpop songs due to Pump it Up being kind of Kpop. Thank you so much, great game, I love it.

Download the app and don’t open just stay on the first screen where it says touch to open but it doesn’t work.
I need support
I really love Pump It Up, I started playing on Premiere 2 and I never stopped playing. So, I was having a great time on PIU M, my problems started when I bought Emperor/Oy Oy Oy pack. Both songs were misdownloaded, so I had to re-download them. It never worked, I spent hours trying. So I decided uninstall and reinstall the app. Now it doesn’t even start. I really need support here (fyi, all the processes were made on wifi). Thanks in advance
