Payment Fraud!
I’ve been using this app for over a year now and I was really happy with the service until my recent orders. As a Pumpkin Kart Pass holder, I “was” eligible for free delivery for orders within 25Kms. With this mentioned, during checkout and payment I was told my order was going to be delivered with delivery charges being canceled due to my subscription as the distance was well below 25Kms. To my shock while checking my statements an hour later, I noticed they changed the kilometers to 25.01 and charged delivery fees of $15.99. This is a serious violation as charging customers a higher amount later on is unethical and very very scary.

Shame that they don’t cover Hamilton area. And no South Indians specially Kerala restaurants dosn’t want to open up a branch in Hamilton area.

I’ve been using the app for the last 4 months. Best customer service 24*7. Amazing tiffin service and really appreciate the improvement in delivery speed. Highly recommended 💯
Bad delivery service
It takes too much time to deliver the food. Also the delivery fee is too high compared to other apps. Better you should use another app if you need food on time at a reasonable price.

Best app for long distance delivery
I’m a pumpkin pass user for the last 6 months. Best deal to grab food from the distant places. I live in downtown and i get my food from scarborough which uber and other apps couldn’t deliver. Best app for indian students and been planning to try tiffin service. Delivery was a bit slow due to the distance, but saw an improvement recently. Thanks for the service and good homely food which i miss the most. ❤️

Delivery is too slow
They won’t deliver in time, I had very bad experience with them. Please use any other food delivery apps.
Worst delivery
Worst experience ever! The support team lied that the food was already picked up and on the way. The order delayed more than one hour but the support team kept saying it will be delivered within next 15mins ! Their app tracker does not work! Such a crappie application and delivery service!! I would give only negative rating !

Worst customer service.
Don’t oder anything from this app. They give you nice discount when you checkout and the notification sent to the shop its says discounted items, and the food satisfaction is zero. This is well planned discounts with restaurants . This called SCAM.
Worst food delivery app
I ordered food using this app and the restaurant accepted it. After a long wait of 1 hour also the restaurant not able to deliver the food. They are not willing to cancel the order and they are stealing people’s money.This app doesn’t deserving a single star.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I can understand that the app is new and still under a lot of work but not assigning a driver for delivery after an hour of placing order is so wrong. And after placing complaints, the customer service says that they won’t be able to cancel the order or refund. And the driver is still on his way to pick up my order after 1.25 hours!!!!!!
