Can't progress without paying
You literally can't progress past level 11 of the Barren Border campaign because the units the computer plays are WAY more powerful than yours, which means you obviously have to pay to progress (or else login every day for months to maybe get your units leveled up enough - even then I'm not sure).
The UI is also way too busy - too many buttons, especially on the Hero page. Some of the buttons don't even work. The recruit 1 button in the Heroes Assemble screen just causes an endless loading, requiring you to force quit, and the hero icon button to the upper left of the hero image on the Hero page does nothing even though it sometimes has a notification badge.
Decent gameplay, and I was enjoying the strategy for a little while. But I'm done.

Pretty good game but has a lot problems
Just a lot of minor problems with doing stuff that either freezes the game or you just can’t find a match
Buggy
The game freezes or crashes every now and then especially when doing heroes assemble but other than that I’ve really enjoyed it so far and you don’t have to pay money to do good I already have all my recommended troops for my hero and I’ve only been playing for two days
P2W but fun
The game has a lot of cash grabby buy this now bundles to get ahead of even to unlock cards/heroes. Ranging from pop up bundles to battle passes. There’s a literal ton of different ways to pay to win. The game is fun to play with quite a few hero and card combinations but it stalls quickly in terms of progress without spending. Try it out but be prepared to spend if you want to spend hours playing.
