Not Good. Beware
I gave this Company/App one star only because there was nothing less. I signed in for a 7 day trial membership. Because it was the only way to order what I wanted. The cost was minuscule so I did it and l ordered a get well card for a friend. I was asked to include an Amazon gift card so I ordered that too. Both were to be sent via text message.My card was charged for both immediately. Two days later while talking with my friend I asked whether he had received the e-card and gift card. He hadn’t received either. I went back to the App’s chat room to lodge my complaint. No one came on the chat but a message appeared stating that a response would arrive within 24 hours. It did not arrive. So l repeated the message in the same forum. It’s been a week and still nothing. Company is either AWOL or KIA. Whichever I am left holding an empty bag.

Adding gift card
Having problem adding gift card to e-card. There is not a tab to select during the creation of the card. Frustrating.

Punchbowl is such a great tool. Once you upgrade to the premium service, it’s great to use for every and anything. It’s a fantastic app with wonderful options and I’m so glad we have it.

Not user-friendly
I cannot add people from my contacts and it keeps saying that the number is unsubscribed when the numbers are subscribed it’s very frustrating because now I have to manually input but even then I’m blocked from doing that so I just sent a link out to everyone
Fantastic App
I have been using this card app for years. I never have to worry about forgetting a special occasion card. I can personalize the options and even add video making it a special way to send your love or gratitude to someone. I’ve even used it for invitations. So many options. I’m grateful to have and use Punchbowl!
