Great in the field punchlist for Sub Contractors

There are many apps - but the problem is they require your subks to download an app, create a login ID, then manage it - in short NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, good luck. This application understands the challenges of working with subks of differing technical knowledge. This app creates a dynamically updated website (which the app maintain and hosts for you as part of the monthly service fee). All your subks need to do is save this link in their text or bookmark it in a browser and they always have access to the latest items organized by priority and due date. Imagine just walking through your job site, taking a picture, marking up the picture and then in real time all of your subks get updates in really time. Finally, a good tool for keeping the chaos organized. Great app for managing in the field Subks for folks who know!

Thanks for the detailed review. You nailed the exact problem PunchPad was built to solve. Subs should not need another app, login, or portal just to see what needs to be done. The live report keeps the punch list current from the field, so builders, GCs, and remodelers can add items, mark up photos, set priorities, and keep trades moving without chasing updates across texts, emails, and paper lists. Really appreciate you taking the time to share this.

I've been in constant contact with the support team since before purchasing, they have always been prompt in replying.

The software itself is a no-nonsense system with a simple app, I was able to hand the tablet to four guys in the office and three of them were able to make a punch item with no prior experience or instructions.

The web view is something still in progress, but it worked for us at the beginning and it has only improved since then.

Easy to use on site

We use PunchPad for punch lists during site walks. I can add items quickly while walking the site, attach photos, and send it to subs right away. The live report stays up to date, so everyone is looking at the same list. It cuts way down on calls and texts.
