This app is fraud i have raised a request for redemption of pbks cap on 7th may for 7500 points neither i have till date received the cap nor points back and also not showing in the collected rewards

First they put up the banner of getting jerseys in 500 coins, got 100s of downloads(through influencers) and suddenly the price is increased to 12k+ for the same 500 coin jersey. Why are you guys scamming people to get more downloads? Keep the original prices so that atleast the people are coming to your app get what they deserve.

They cheat fans
They make fans install app and promise to give rewards.
Firstly they don’t open rewards for more than a months and then cheat users by keeping the redemption value so high that nobody has that much points.

Disappointed
I’m really disappointed with the Punjab Kings app. The rewards section has basically been useless for months now. It keeps showing offers and rewards, but they’re never actually available to redeem. What’s the point of having a rewards system if users can’t use it?
This has been going on for a long time, and there’s been no proper update or communication about it. It just feels misleading and frustrating as a user.
Please fix this issue and make the rewards actually available, or at least be transparent about what’s going on. Right now, the app experience is very disappointing.

A Completely non-responsive Fraud App with Fake Commitment of T-Shirt Rewards Trap.
If you can go through the Reviews of this Super-fake App, then you can able to notice that most of the Reviewers share their frustration about this Apps experience. If it is a Genuine app, Customer Care must left their supportive comment on the Negative Reviews. But, you can’t able to see a single rearest response on Review Section.
There are nothing to confuse that this is a fake App. In my 3 week’s journey on this App, they only gets your response and like showing Free T-Shirt dreams which is may be in the Moon and never redeemable with whitewash page or “coming soon” fake master-stroke.
If IPhone Management are really strong in Integrity, they should run a Survey to throw this Fake App in to the Trash Bins.
