It not seen news paper
I don’t read newspapers . Although I have paid. But it always shows me that your internet connection is not working while there is no such problem.
Showing error screen
I have subscription till Nov 2026 but the App doesn’t show newspaper. On website it allows me to read, but on App it keeps on showing no internet connection. Really disappointing.

Also in the forgot password screen, OTP never arrives, I keep waiting. Why do you send me an email daily about a new edition available, when you don’t allow me to read it?
