Horrendous app
The Punta Cana Resort app is, frankly, one of the most disappointing apps I’ve used in a long time. The only feature that consistently works is the ability to pay your maintenance bill — which says a lot about where the priorities are.
Beyond that, the experience quickly falls apart. Images throughout the app are routinely missing, replaced by generic question mark icons that make it feel unfinished and poorly maintained. It’s hard to trust an app that can’t even render its own content properly.
Even worse, submitting a service request feels like sending it into a black hole. There’s no acknowledgment, no follow-up, and no visible action. What’s the point of having the feature if it’s completely ignored?
The design itself feels outdated and clunky. Navigation is slow, interactions are unresponsive, and the overall experience comes across as stale and half-baked. It doesn’t feel like a modern app — it feels like something that was launched and then abandoned.
For a resort of this caliber, and that prides itself on being the premier location in punta cana this app is a serious letdown. It needs a complete overhaul, not minor tweaks. Don't use this useless app.
