It keeps saying my shepherd is a Siberian husky. I kept using it on him but it kept crashing on me and kept saying Siberian husky. I use iPad.

Downloaded the app and you point it at dog and the app closes automatically
Crashes over and over.
That’s it. Doesn’t work. Just crashes. iPhone 12 Pro.
Does not work
I can’t get the app to stay open long enough to point at my dog to get a read on him. It closes as soon as I get his face in view. Would be nice to be able to attempt a reading.

I am pretty sure that my dog is a redbone coonhound, not a Labrador retriever. My dog does not have a brown nose, she has a black nose.
