Software works well
No problems… connectivity is via the app not the Bluetooth's setting on iPhone or iPad. Needs access to your camera and have ‘private access’ to your photos. Which seems OK.

Worked great for a little more than a year, now the app. won’t connect with printer. Just stopped connecting after printing several labels.
Won’t hold a charge.
It was great at first. Then the low battery never charged. Took a while to navigate the settings, and the small barcodes under 1” won’t be read by my socket barcode reader, wish there was a support phone number to trouble shoot dead battery. All the videos on you tube and Amazon neglect to show battery charger in action.

NO SUPPORT! Lost all saved labels
I loved this app! I used it for over a year. I saved over 100 labels for my company. Then, while printing out a label, ALL my saved labels disappeared! I have no idea how. The horrible part is that I cannot find help anywhere!! The developers website is dead. I can’t find any forums online. I’m panicking. I don’t need a user manual, I need help finding my lost labels in the app!

No auto correct? Cannot edit font
No auto correct with the app which is a big downside for obvious reasons. The fonts auto capitalize with each word. Please fix these
So far though I’m liking the Q00 Bluetooth printer. It’s just difficult when you’re so used to auto correct and you realize just how much you need that feature when you’re using this app lol. Almost every sentence has mistakes haha

GREAT!
I just received this little portable printer for creating labels/Barcodes. And so far AMAZING!! Linked instantly and I was printing within seconds! I cannot speak to its longevity but so far I Love it!
Lots of bugs
As others have mentioned the blue tooth communication is fast. It also seems to work with NFC on my iPhone. But.... lots of bugs. On a 20x10 label is always creates an extra blank label. It does not seem to save a label one it is created. In addition you must download extra fonts and templates from a Chinese website. This may be a violation of Apple security rules. Not sure. Offers promise but like most Chinese products it fails in simple areas. The product may be returned to Amazon.

Terrible app
Spend all day trying to get a label right for the app to crash and not save
So far so good
Snappy app that does what it’s supposed to. Only problem is you can’t turn it to landscape mode. I have to keep turning my iPad back and forth. Devs! Please put in layout change mode! Pleeeeeeease!

Even if you select English in options, some menu and voice recognition still show in Chinese.
Fast Bluetooth connection
Fastest Bluetooth connection I have ever seen. However, I can’t scan a upc and print it. It prints a default upc number. I can print icons and symbols I have no use for . It connects fast and prints fast. But not printing what I need.
Poor English Language Support
Given that the label printers that this app works with are Amazon Recommended, I expected slightly better English language support in this app.
The critical stuff is in English, but there are lots of places where only Chinese is used and that does mar the experience of using the product.
The app also doesn’t follow Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
This does work however and translations can be improved over time. I sincerely hope that if this company plans to continue to sell products in the USA that they work on improving English language support.
