Doesn’t work

Although this claims to measure your Pur device, despite following all of the instructions, it doesn’t even recognize my device. What a waste of time.

Gives clean water.. I think

The app is supposed to let us know how clean the filter is. I’ve bought 2 different mounts and went through 3 different replacement filters in 2-3 months and I can’t get the app to work again. The app worked great for the first 6 months and just completely stopped pairing. I called customer service and was placed on a 10 min hold before being hung up on. I give 2 stars because I can taste the difference in the filter but the app & support line is complete trash. Have to figure it out on YouTube I guess.
