What kind of service is this? If I place a pickup order and the bag is sealed and ready to go, why do I get home and realize there are no utensils inside? How is a customer supposed to eat the food? This is not the first time this has happened. It makes no sense and is extremely frustrating.

Poor App and Internet Experience
While we are big fans of the new DUMBO store location, we have yet to be able to accumulate any rewards points because the app never connects to the Internet when we are in the store. Just when we are trying to check out at the register, the app sends back a message that there is a poor signal and no Internet connection. The staff has no way of applying the rewards manually so we are still at zero points after repeated visits. You should not offer the rewards program if you cannot allow guests to have a seamless loyalty experience.

I like the food at Pura Vida a lot, but I just had a very frustrating, glitchy experience trying to set up an account in the app so that I can start earning rewards.

I’ve been to multiple pura vida locations, Delray and WPB have always been my favorites, however, after visiting Wellington for the first time, I will definitely be back. Heidy was so sweet and helpful! The food is always a 10/10 :)
