Some User Interface Problems
If you need to see a check image you will find this app frustrating. Instead of returning to the transaction list it returns to the list of accounts. On iPad it doesn’t return at all. You have to force close the app and log in again.

Switched Phones
I switched phone providers and got a new phone, and PEFCU app won’t let me use face recognition anymore even though I transferred everything. And I still have the same face I’ve always had…

Over the many many years I have done banking with Purdue Federal credit union, I have received Above EXTRODINARY Assistance with every service, including mortgages, vehicle purchases, and the many other day to day, banking experiences. I use them only for money market & CDs, and their investment assistance rates, extremely high and my opinion.
They employ fabulous people, and I would not dream of banking anywhere else.
Our main residence is now due to health needs, and they satisfy us completely by using digital and phone correspondence.

View and background
PFCU changed the view and background of the app last year. Literally sucks. It’s all white, no borders, hard to even look at. If my mortgage wasn’t through PFCU I would switch banks completely.
