Does not expedite orders

Every time I use this app to order I arrive at the restaurant to find the employees not aware that I ordered anything. They don’t seem to check the system for orders. The orders aren’t made until I arrive and ask for my order. I don’t know if this is a system problem or an employee problem. In either case it doesn’t work.

I am now late for work as a result of the delay. I’m going to have to stop eating here as a result.
