Zero start?
The app is great and all but for some reason I can’t access to advanced settings it only shows lock mode and I’m trying to enable zero start but I can’t. Videos say that I have to shake my phone but it doesn’t work so I don’t know if this is just a bug or glitch for everyone but if you see this I would like to know how to do this.

I had to shake my phone 5 times so I can have zero start and it doesn’t work

More difficult to lock the scooter,no easy button!
Bad app design
Old app version was great. The current version is hard to read, the information displayed is not important and overall UX is bad. We need to know how much battery is left and approximate range on the main tab also the locking functionally.
Lock
Good app but why is the lock in advanced settings and not on the main screen cause that’s what most people use the app for
Outdated interface
For a very expensive escooter brand, you need to fix your app interface. It’s very outdated and is not user friendly at all
This new app looks worse and harder to use
To lock or unlock my scooter I now need to press Settings>Advanced Settings>Lock …. Previously it was there on the dashboard.
Why on earth put it behind so many tabs?
The colours are hard to see on the screen as well. The mint green disappears.
There’s also no links to scooter information and instructions like there was in the old app, or clear details about my scooter.
I really don’t understand why this has replaced the old app and am disappointed that there haven’t been any improvements.

Won’t even connect to newer models
Needs a bit more work
Appearance is ugly. Need options to change colours as the gauge is very hard to see. Need lock button on main screen. Need better presentation of battery power and remaining power/distance and time. The details information is too small to read properly it would work better with dynamic gauges like instruments display

Old generation scooter
Doesn’t scan my older gen scooter so now it’s unsafe for me to go anywhere with the risk of it being stolen

Tried pairing with my 2 scooters. Absolutely nothing but scanning
Add an unlock shortcut
Add a shortcut with siri to unlock the scooter instead of locking through the app
Useless junk
Not been able to use my Pure scooter (Kimoa Special edition) for a while and now. And as I changed phones and the new app isn't compatible I cant electronically lock it. If I could speak to Mr Norris senior I'd have a lot to say. Useless.👎👎👎
Doesn’t work
I can’t even connect to my scooter which is insane as I payed £700 pounds for it. Why buy a pure electric scooter when you can’t even access the app

This app is absolute rubbish compared to the old one. You also can’t even connect to some scooters.
