Worst app for emergency
this app is terrible in a minute of emergency no response useless app. should remove this app on Appstore! thanks.

This app cannot assist with real emergencies
We were told they would find a hospital for 2 patients. One patient sadly died while waiting for a service that was never provided.
We cannot blame the app for their death, of course, but here is a list of the apps failings:
1. Telling us they would find us a hospital and failing to do so
2. Repeatedly closing tickets without finding a hospital. I had to reopen a ticket 3 times
3. No updates or replies after initial contact on each ticket
4. Losing our reference number and patient details- this was after the death of one patient
5. Asking us to fill out the patient forms AGAIN after one patient had died
6. Ultimately lying about the service they provide
Of course we tried other avenues to get care, but I hope this review will prevent anyone from wasting valuable time in an emergency situation. I’m glad to see from other reviews that people got assistance with PARKING VIOLATIONS but in a true emergency these people will not help you.

Sketchy EULA
At first I was excited to download this very progressive app. Pero I read the EULA and medyo sketchy yung privacy part. Why do you need to access files on my phone na wala namang kinalaman sa app na 'to? Please enlighten us kasi this app can really be useful. Thanks!

Nice its really great apps , fast response with action .. the best app na nadownload ko may naka monitor tlaga 24hrs sa apps nato incase of emergency may tatawag agad sayo para sa exact location mo.

ang ganda ng app na to. tinry ko pindutin yung emergency nila tapos parang after 5 minutes lang may tumawag na sakin asking kung ok lang ako. thank you po! pero sana magamit kahit walang internet kasi yung iba minsan walang data.

I downloaded the app then I started exploring the tabs but by accident I tap the 8888 President. I wasn’t I aware that it created a ticket. Not even a minute, someone is calling me na agad.. I’m pretty sure this is very helpful.
Immediate response
I accidentally press a button and in a short time somebody called to ask what's my emergency. Kudos to the team that created the app... I think they just need to make a confirmation dialog box just to make sure that the lodging of emergency assistance request isn't a hoax or an accidental press of a button.

Just downloaded the app today and I accidentally clicked the emergency button while navigating and surprisingly there's a response right away confirming the report I accidentally created.
Suggestion:
Please add a dialog box confirmation or a countdown timer that has a cancel option after tapping the emergency button to avoid accidental reports.

Not the notifications I need
I had high hopes for the app since it seemed like a trailblazer service. But then, I got frustrated how the push notification always notifies me of earthquakes in other countries in the world but failed to notify me of any of the most recent earthquakes in Manila! The April 22 earthquake notified on my phone really late and i haven’t received any succeeding ones nor the aftershocks. I wish there was a way to turn off the notifications for other areas and it would report the ones that are in this country at least!

Impressively Quick Response
Had this app installed for several months already; response to calls was very quick - within a few minutes or probably even less than two minutes. Will be very useful in case of emergencies since all government response services are just now a few taps away.
The app also delivers notifications about relevant emergencies, like earthquakes in nearby regions, accidents, and fires.

Superb Service
Just downloaded the app today to report a vehicle illegally parked in front of our gate. After a few minutes of lodging the report, a representative called to assist me with my concern. After that, constant contacts and follow ups were made by the representative
until the authorities to arrive to address the matter.
This is really great. I asked the rest of my family to install this app on their devices. I salute the developer of this app and the rest of the team assisting the users.
