Untrustworthy
The app does not seem to accurately track store opening/closing. Worse, it appears to just estimate when an order is complete and marks it as done even if the store closes, so it apparently has no relation to the actual work performed in the store. In words, it's just guessing at best and fraudulent at worst. There is no real way to report a problem with an order, you just submit a form that you get no confirmation of and hope. Buyer beware.
