Classic Hearts with a rating that actually means something, and a deal that is never adjusted for anything.
Every game moves your rating up or down by where you finish against the three players you sat with, and thirteen ranks run from Two of Clubs to Moon Shooter. Finish ahead of an expert table and it shows. Play alone against the computer and the ladder still counts; play online and the whole world is on the same board.
The deal is straight. Cards come from the system's secure random generator and are never adjusted for your win streak, your losses, your spending or your skill. Computer opponents see only what a player in their seat could see: no peeking at your hand, no second deal because you were winning. Online, every deal is agreed by all four devices before a card is turned, and audited afterward.
THE GAME
• Classic four player Hearts, every player for themselves. Pass three cards, dodge the hearts and the queen of spades, or take them all and shoot the moon. Played to 100.
• The jack of diamonds rule, on or off. Your choice for every game.
• Four levels of computer opponent, from a relaxed beginner to an expert who makes no careless plays.
• Play offline on your own schedule, or online through Game Center, with friends or with whoever is at the table.
• Everyone passes at the same time on one shared clock, so nobody waits on the slowest hand.
• Slam a card at a big moment: hold it, let go, and every phone at the table shakes.
THE LADDER
• A rating that follows the real thing. Each game is scored by your finishing place against the rating of every other seat, so finishing ahead of stronger players is worth more.
• Thirteen ranks across five families, with a promotion and demotion you will feel.
• World and Friends boards for rating, experience, XP today and XP this week, all through Game Center.
• Friendly tables (anyone invited) keep your statistics and XP moving without touching your rank.
EVERY DAY
• The Game of the Day: the same cards for everyone in the world, one counted play to 50 with the jack of diamonds in, a streak to keep, and a board to see where you stood.
• A front page newspaper written about every game: a headline, a story about how you did, the standings, and a column of very unreliable history. Ready to share.
• Hand History, so you can see how a game was actually won or lost.
YOUR TABLE
• More than 150 animated avatars, hundreds of presents to send across the table, card backs, felts and a large print deck.
• Preset table talk, so nobody can type anything at you.
• Mute and block that outlast the game.
ADS, AND NOT
Pure Hearts is free, supported by an ad between and after games. A No Ads plan takes every one of them away, for a month, a year, or for good. (An ad you choose to watch to use an avatar, present, card back or felt for a day is separate, and still there if you want it.) Nothing in the game is sold for an advantage: no coins, no energy timers, no faster deals for paying. Every item in the shop is cosmetic.
ON FAIRNESS
Deals come from the system's cryptographically secure random generator. They are never adjusted for wins, losses, purchases, advertising or skill. The computer has no access to hidden cards; difficulty changes how well an opponent plays, never what it can see. Online, the deal is fixed by a commitment from every device before it is dealt, and each device checks the result. That promise is written into the app itself, in Settings, where you can read it without taking our word for it.
NO ADS PLANS
1 Month (first week free) and 1 Year renew automatically until canceled, which you can do in your Apple Account settings up to 24 hours before a period ends. Forever is one payment. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
