Worst dating app
Legit I got banned after not even using it for a week and I was talking to a dude about my cat and we were getting along rlly well ,, when I look it up if this happens a lot all I see is other women complaining about the same ban and all you can do is talk to a bot , and it's only targeted towards women ,, im assuming I got banned bc a MAN asked me to come over for 100 dollars ,, but him asking me that ,, gets me banned ? I didn't even respond lol ,, Idk very interesting how many accounts hit you up like that and are not banned but you will get banned for receiving the message

My experience with the Pure dating app was very disappointing.
First, you pay a monthly subscription, but that’s not the end of the costs. The app also encourages additional paid features if you want better chances of meeting people, which made it feel much more expensive than I expected.
What frustrated me the most was the quality of the profiles. In my experience, I encountered many accounts that seemed fake or suspicious, and I found it difficult to connect with genuine people. Because of that, I spent money without getting the experience I was hoping for.
Everyone’s experience may be different, but based on mine, I cannot recommend this app. I would advise others to be cautious before spending money and to carefully evaluate whether it’s worth the cost.

By far the absolute worst dating app, or app to connect to other ppl. The algorithm in the background must be designed in such a way that matching occurs literally never.

Spent so much time setting up an account only to find out you have to pay in order to do anything. You can’t even send likes unless you pay. So silly when other dating apps are free in that sense.
Money grab
It’s much worse than the regular dating apps and it’s just used to siphon money from Men’s pockets. You can’t like or comment on a picture before and after subscribing. You get shown the same people over and over again. It’s frustrating
Horrible Rip Offs
You have to pay 15 dollars a week just to use the messaging features, and 75 percent of the profiles are fake. This company will rip you off, charge you for things you didn’t purchase, and then play dumb when you call them out on it.

In theory this app could be cool but there hardly any local people on it. The profiles have a confusing lay out and pure assigns weird user names and there’s no explanation on how to use the app. I even reached out to get support and for a confusing cryptic message back. I do not recommend this app.

Scam?
There’s a support chat, I asked about trials and it pointed me to the website where you can buy a week long subscription instead of the month or year, I tried to purchase it but my bank marked it fraud, let the bank know it wasn’t but it wouldn’t load the page, I contacted support about it and they just said my account was banned, but I can still use that account and even still attempt to buy stuff on the account. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not for a casual user
You need a subscription to do literally anything in this app even something as basic as matching someone. It would be less of a problem if it weren't $25 a month if you need a subscription to do literally anything other than just having a profile it should not cost that much.
Banned without cause and terrible customer service
I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Pure. I was genuinely enjoying the app until I was suddenly banned without any warning or reason.
The support team claimed I was banned for "asking for gifts and money," which is 100% false. In fact, I wasn't even using the app to meet anyone at all. When I reached out to their support team to clarify, they were incredibly dismissive and rude. They essentially called me a scammer to my face with zero evidence, and when I pushed back, they used language that basically amounted to telling me to shut up. Their customer service is non-existent.
I have read their guidelines thoroughly and am confident I did not violate a single rule. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, they refused to listen or provide any proof. Be very aware that you can be banned for no reason at all, and no matter how much you try to prove your innocence, they simply do not care. A very frustrating experience.
