The app also helps you keep your system current. Check for available system updates, transfer updates to supported components, and manage important app and system settings such as units, preferred network behavior, and charging reminders. When you need help, the app gives you direct access to the user guide, agreements, feedback, and service support. You can submit a service request from the app, include system details, and attach photos to help the support team respond more effectively.
