My Tevis cannot be found
My Tevis are paired correctly but cannot be found by the app. Are they not supported or is the app just buggy? I’m hoping to update the firmware as the pairing seems to be getting harder nowadays with the newer iOS.

The problem is, I can not access the control menu icon, it’s overlapped by finding device icon.
(I’m in iPhone 14 Pro Max). Would be great of this can be fixed 😁

pureplay z3
after updatting this app, it requires an update for the pureplay z3, but in the updates, the percentage is 0% all of time
Intuitive interaction
Modified my frequency band pass to fit the music and headphone frequency response and my ears easily.
LDX audio is alright and good if you don’t take the time to set up your own sound freq. profiles.
Hear through is mostly useless but if it’s available, sure, use it.
It would be nice if it stayed on when you hit pause.
The find my headphones feature should be mandatory for all devices. Useful.

Greatly improved App corrects sound presets
I originally wrote that the app had an incorrect flat/original preset, and that the ear buds’ sound out of the box was atrocious. The latest app + firmware update has finally corrected this - the presets have been tweaked, and the flat sound signature sounds balanced now. Excellent sound on excellent ear buds.

Best headphones support app
I regularly use the Z3, the LG TONE Free FN6 and FP5, and the Sennheiser CX True Wireless. Of all the three apps, the PureControl is the best, with classy look, snappy buttons, smooth transitions and excellent EQ control, with two manual EQ and six presets that drastically change the sound to your need. There is also the unique LDX audio button that adds steroid to the sound, which is a truly unique feature. In comparison, the EQ of the Sennheiser Smart Control app is laggy, with only three bands, and the TONE Free app takes a while to start, without the nice loading icon that PureControl has.

Cant detect my earphones
It worked once, never did again.
No support for TEVI?
My TEVIs cannot be found even with the recent update. (feb 22). Can the developers come out and declare whether there is the intent to support TEVI? Or the app is only for the newer products. Please at least let your customers know so that we can make our own decisions.

Love the Tevi Ear Buds but as they were/are the first release from Lypertek I’m wondering if they were/are set up to work with this app. It won’t connect to mine no matter what I try. Maybe they don’t have the tech or programming to work with this app?
Bit of a shame it doesn’t work but it’s not an essential app to have, ear buds still work fine and you can always play with the EQ settings in Music on an iPhone if you need to fine tune sound.

With the recent patch, app works great.
Using Lypertek Tevi’s(AKA Pureplay Z3), the app works like a charm. I had no issues with the app recognizing my Tevi’s.
Equalizer settings work with my Tevi’s even when the app is closed. Not much to complain about.

Not working
Buds are connected long before, but still the app cannot detect it. Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP.
Can’t connect to my Lypertek Tevis
Not sure what it needs to find the earbuds. But I am listening to music and it keeps insisting it can not find them. Maybe my earbuds are an old firmware?
