iOS update
After the latest iOS update app will not work
Wired well until iOS 18.2.1 update
I use this app all the time and have never had any issues until the later iOS update. Now it won’t work at all.
Not working on IOS 18
I LOVE this app and used it constantly at work. It’s been a huge help but since the IOS 18 update it does not work. This has been a hindrance. Please fix

I love this app and use it daily but it doesn’t work anymore since iOS 11 update. Fix it please.
iOS update ruined the app 😕
I’m a woman who works on cars. At work PurePro is my go to when i can’t find a certain filters, wiper blade, size etc. Since iOS updated their system PurePro has not been working whatsoever and it’s a bummer because the app was such a big help especially for these new factory vehicle. Hopefully you guys update it so i can use the app again. Until then 2 stars and I’m deleting the app.

Incompatible with newer IOS.
Doesn’t pull up information when searching. Message states “No Results Found”.
Does not work with new iOS update
Multiple people at our shop have updated to the new iOS version and when that happened, the app stopped pulling up information for vehicles or for cross referencing
