Subscription issues
I am being charged for a monthly sub and I have tried logging into both apps to find and cancel it but I can’t seem to find any subscriptions. Please help me cancel any subscriptions or tell me how to contact you

Horrible !!
I bought coins and watch all the way up to chapter 49. As soon as i went back to watch the chapters started over and wanted me to purchase again !!! 🤬🤬🤬
Videos fail to load
Chapters take forever to load. I like the videos but would prefer the videos to load like they’re supposed to since people are paying money to watch them
App closes
The app is constantly closing mid chapter. Every other episode I have to reopen the app and try to find the episode I left off at. Really frustrating!
To late to say I love you
Watched the first free seven chapters then spent $29.99 and it won’t load or show anymore. Definitely a ripoff. I should have known better.

Very disappointed you guys took coins. I barely saw the the the series it cut out froze very disappointed. It looks like it’s a good series, but but you guys need to improve on screening and making sure the video comes through properly. I wasted money buying it, and I really wanted to see this series made me very upset that I couldn’t really watch. It kept kept sending me to other movies or series not very good poorly done.

I have tried multiple times and different way to fix auto it not working .

Horrible app
Spent $29.99 to reload could not watch kept freezing won’t load next chapter would log out completely took over 10 mins logging in and out to watch one chapter giving up requesting refund

I wanted to watch the story too late to say I love you; the first seven chapters are free; I paid $9.99 to get 1000 coins to watch this story; seems to be good! it took me a half an hour to open up chapter 8; after I opened up chapter 8, all the chapters that were free like the first seven chapters in the eight through 12 locked this self back up after I paid to watch chapters 8 through 12. They locked themselves back up; no has time to be paying for a story to read, and it locks up after you paid for it, and you can’t get access to the Chapters that you paid to watch; and you can’t contact anybody the only way you can contact us through a review; this needs to be fixed; please unlock the Chapters that I paid for so one through 12 should be unlocked and not locked!

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Based on your description, we have analyzed and tested it. We will not deduct fees for chapters that have already been paid. You can see all the consumption records you used to unlock chapters in the "Comsumption history" function. Although you see a locked status in the directory, it can still be played. If the paid chapters cannot be played, you can upload a screenshot of the feedback to us through the "Feedback" function in the app. Please feel free to contact us.
Sound and Freezes
I have paid for their episodes but unfortunately it doesn’t work. There is no sound nor could I watch the episodes. I want a refund as well not worth it I was so disappointed. Then it shuts down in the middle of the buffering.

It’s hard to keep up with story, because the reception is horrible. It took two days to complete this story. Most time the video will not play. Want a refund. 😡
