The app crashes in the middle of creating an account
No photo, subscription does not activate
Frustrating. App does not take photos of stripes, you need to enter data manually. I purchased subscription, but the app just would not activate it - it gives the same screen asking to subscribe when I try to access “premium” features. A mess.
UPDATED 1/29/21 Spendy, but the only option
After paying subscription, logging and monitoring tests for almost two weeks, I can no longer access the app. SSL Error? Very FRUSTRATING!!!!!!
Using the Diagnox Urinox-10 strips for Mom who is on hospice to monitor status of Foley catheter (Diabetes/End Stage Renal Disease). Searched for hours for an iOS app that would help me to manually track strip results, love that I can take a pic of strip and app does all the work. This is the ONLY iOS app I could find and is a bit expensive.

I like it, subscription costly for individual use
One thing I wonder about is the order of the tests. I’ve been using tests close to the strips I have, and the order is always the same. Having settled on the strips I want to keep using, I was pleased to see that my new favorite strip is included (Life2O 14 parameter set). Great! Then I noticed that all the parameters are in a different order than the actual strip. To make things worse, the app lists only abbreviations, and the packaging on the strips uses only the full name. Not that easy to map one to the other. I wondered if the parameters were listed in time order (first at 30 secs etc) but they’re not. I just don’t get why the sequence is so seemingly random. That’s why I dinged a star. I get that I’m using the free version and not all features are included. I won’t be buying the subscription. Most of the benefits do not apply to me. Overall, I like this app. If the developer reads this, I hope you check on how the parameters are sequenced.
