Horrible support ! Their tech team told me that I had to go back to the content provider (which I did) because it was not their issue. The content provider provided the details needed to show it was a Purple Lite issue. I went back to Purple Lite and they copied and pasted their original e-mail saying it was my providers issue. I have 2 other tvs up and running with the content provider.

I love it so much I have left this.
App Sucks
For the longest time I had it for free and it wouldn’t allow me to skip ahead or wind without messing up the whole thing I’m trying to watch a show. Now I paid for the six month premium and it feels like every time I try to watch something it restarts and search back from where I left this app sucks

Adverts error
Good app mainly but if you’re downloading content and your phone goes on standby the app cuts to an advert and rarely gives an option to close the advert and go back to the main app. Resulting in loss of progress and having to restart download again. ANNOYING
Just freezes
Awful app. Devs don’t care either. App just constantly freezes.

Whenever I use the app my iphone overheats and the battery is drained three times as fast as other streaming apps
can’t watch anything without it rewinding. playback jumps are horrendous makes a 1 hour episode 2.

Very bad & frustrating application. Play back glitches. Gets stuck in a 5 second loop. Won’t restart from where it left off even with the paid prescription.
No “start over” option so you just have to go to the next episode.

Paid for premium, no change in privileges. Contacted support, no answer. Logged out and now unable to log back in due to the excess amount of ads that appear.. avoid avoid avoid and DO NOT PAY!!!
