Yoga Fit

I love the regular flow yoga classes, but the yoga fit are my favorite!! I’ve been looking to tone and gain muscle, so using weights and doing yoga at the same time has been perfect for me. I hope to see more of these classes on the weekly schedule!

Regarding Purple Yoga app

Really good easy to schedule class very clear and giving you all the information. There’s only one thing I wish the app would allow that I can tell at this moment. I wish it would give you more profile information on each teacher in their journey in class with yoga.
