iOS app layout concerns
Marking it 3 stars until the unreachable corners of your app layout is fixed. Back, logout, info buttons and anything else around the corners are incompatible / unusable with iOS rounded corners. Thanks.

I like Purple Tie very much. Would have given them 5 stars except for two issues:
Colors are not separated so I never sends them anything white or pastel
And
From time to time clothes are wrapped before they are dry and cool so they smell musty if not unwrapped right after return. They are very responsive to my request - just include a note on the bag.
Pick up and delivery are a breeze - always prompt and I love getting the text. Recently hadn’t set out the bag and got home 15 minutes before puck up time. Driver was there when I arrived and couldn’t have been nicer. Acknowledged he was early and that he would have waited for me. Was very, very nice.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
Never use Purple Tie. They were supposed to deliver my package on May 31st and were supposed to knock on the door, NOT leave outside. I was home the whole evening and no one every came. The next morning I checked all the neighbors’ doorsteps and no purple tie bag there.
I called purple tie and nobody answered. Oh top of that 1) I have very expensive items in there and 2) I need them tomorrow for a trip which is why I asked them to deliver yesterday night.
And they already charged my card. I hate it when people don’t do their job. If I handled my job like Purple Tie handles theirs I’d be fired.

I have never had any issues - I’ve had clothes dry cleaned, purses fixed, items sewed and hemmed. My pickups are always on time and same with deliveries.

Purple Tie has been a lifesaver for our family, however, I would not recommend it for clothing pieces that are stained and need special attention or things with fragile buttons. Otherwise it is so great

I have been using them for quite a while. I don't have machines in my apartment. It may cost a little more than doing it yourself it come back to you folded and ready to go. They are quick and reliable and always give you communications on pick-ups and drop-offs. One delivery guy forgot one of my bags one time and I caught it quickly and called and they got it back to me that same night. I cannot say enough about how much easier life is with Purple Tie. Oh I forgot to mention pick up one day drop off next day. Amazing!

I love PurpleTie
I’ve been using PurpleTie for so long now I can’t remember not using PurpleTie. I have used them for dry cleaning, laundry, shoe repair, hemming, tayloring, purse repair and purse cleaning.
I don’t know any service that can hem cloths overnight.

Needs update for iPhone X
This app needs an update for the screen size of an iPhone X. Also the login needs to support Apple’s Keychain so I don’t have to remember the password to sign in.

The app is super simple to use and that's what you want. One click to order dry cleaning pickup when I think of it. Easy to update my account settings.
