Balanced and Not Overwhelming
It has a great formula of graphics, style, and mechanics that are not too complex but challenging in its on way. It also does not have ads that are pushy nor desperate. Great game, looking forward to new projects.

Cute but not cozy
This game is really high quality. The art is adorable and it’s fun.
But despite the cute art style, this is not a cozy or relaxing game! In fact it can be stressful and feel very unfair at times.
Usually games like this are balanced so if you aren’t skilled enough to do orders quickly, then you can “grind” in other ways like upgrading. But this game is not balanced, so slower players like me will get stuck at a level despite having all the upgrades. I understand some people like the challenge, so I am not suggesting to make the game easier for everyone, but I think there should be more options for people who want to play more easy and relaxed pace, with no stress. It’s such a cute and cozy looking game, I wish it had a more relaxing pace.

please return the old character design
i've been playing this game for a very long time. i enjoyed it so much but when i started playing today, i hated the way purito looked. the new character design makes looking at the characters so annoying. you tried to make it look cute to the point that they're all annoying. the old characters were top tier from mr. black paw to all the vip customers. i hate this change, please bring back the old character designs.

Buggy- can’t even start the game
Was so excited to try this game but I can’t even start it because it says I have a “network error”. My wifi and data are both working, I’ve tried closing and reopening the app several times, and I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. So disappointing.

So sad that the upgrade system for the kitchen has changed to somethin that looks way more complicated & less user friendly.

Challenging but very fun
I love the game! All the food looks so delicious, the art style is very aesthetic! Choosing furnitures for your own restaurant is also a really good bonus! The only is, i haven't been able to put down my phone because it is so addictive!
this game is underrated
it’s adorable and my little sister loves to play it on my phone. the storyline is entertaining for the game and i enjoyed it too
