Love it
My poor black cat can’t purr. I can feel him (Sir Peach Phuz) vibrate but there’s no sound. I put his picture on here and love it. Now I just wish I could send it, pic and sound, to friends and family.
Love that this exists
Grateful that the developer thought to create a simple app with three different types of cat purring sounds. I love how simple it is to start and stop and how simple it is to choose one if the three sounds. I wouldn’t mind a few more varieties in purring sounds, maybe one with an old cat or a kitten etc. If there’s a way to increase or decrease the “speed” of purring, that too would be great (you could even have two paws on the screen, one to increase and one to decrease the speed). Such a soothing straightforward app, I recently lost a kitty to old age and this was so very helpful.

Sounds like a cat is on my lap
I like this app because it plays while I use my phone for other activities. It sounds an awful lot like my daughter’s cat who purrs like this with just a bit of congestion. The slight pause lets me know it is cycling through again. It helps me relax and sleep better than other supposedly white noises.

This app is oddly very nice! My favorite trait of this app is how you can play the sounds while playing on another app like Spotify! What I don’t like about this app is how it plays the same audio and if you would like any other ones you have to pay! Overall, love the app🐈😻

Looped recording
This seems to be around a 15 second low quality recording that continuously loops. There’s a very noticeable sound when the recording starts/ends. Would have been great if it was edited better.
Almost Purr-fect
I love this app. I wish it didn’t have the clicking sound part of the way through. Takes you out of the zone. Other than that it’s very soothing.
Raising a kitten
This app puts her right to sleep. I lay her on top of it and between the warmth of the phone and the purring vibrations she’s ready for a nap.

I rescued a beautiful cat from my local shelter only to learn that he has a silent purr ☹️ I can feel the vibration and know he is purring but it’s inaudible. So, when I am really missing hearing kitty purrs, I use this app and get my audible purr fix.
Love it, but…
I don’t like that the purr goes from soft to louder. There’s 2 clicking sounds and purr starts over.
Great app
Needed an app to make purring sounds so that my cat wasn’t stressed in the car, put her to sleep for an hour so it really helped, thanks to the creators.
Almost purrfect for falling asleep
“Chicken” sounds just like my favorite black cat from years ago, and it could put me to sleep like his purr did when he would lay right up to my ear…If only it did not have that tick-tick-tick clicking sound repeating every minute or so. That sound keeps me from falling asleep and would be wonderful if it could be edited it out.

It does what it sounds like! Just repeated loop of cat purring. Nice for a white noise background.

Sound track
Love the app as the sound is so soothing and reminds me of my beloved Patches, but even though I purchased the HD package I still hear that background noise as the tape goes around. Do hope this issue can be resolved as that would make this app absolutely purrfect !
