Great app
I’ve used this app as part of the training process and it is by far one of the best I’ve ever used. The opportunity to change workouts based on the machines that are available is an absolute game changer. It’s perfect if you have an apartment gym and travel or just use a private gym.

I typically wouldn’t stay with a trainer for more than 1-2 years but I continued to make consistent progress with Jeremy’s personalized approach. He is one of the most genuine, high-quality professionals you could ever meet, truly dedicated to the success of his clients. The app is user-friendly and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to log workouts, track weight and reps, monitor rest periods, and even swap exercises when needed. A personable fitness/life coach & nutritionist
I'm relatively new to health and fitness. I have always been able to eat healthy and occasionally go to the gym with friends and family. I was mainly into running. Gyms were somewhat intimidating for my own, lol. I decided to take a more active approach and search for a personal trainer. The in-person sessions were expensive, and I wanted more education, effective communication, and home workouts. My schedule is rather demanding. One day, I discovered Jeremy's channel on YouTube. Once I agreed to let him take me on this fitness journey, it has nothing but, as this sounds cheesy, first-class service. Five-Diamond, 5-star customer service is the closest comparison. Jeremy provides through this app, which is so intuitively laid out that it is quick and easy to navigate, literally a portal to convenience. You can access nutrition tips, home workouts, gym workouts, workouts while on business or leisure trips, and recipes. Jeremy offers a tremendous wealth of knowledge and education to complement fitness training, so you enjoy the personable coaching and understand all the facets that go into it. In terms of value and global experience, this is the next level, and you need not look any further. I highly recommend Jeremy as a fitness coach!!!

Overall the app is great and having a check in is good. Love having guided workouts. I lost 25 pounds. Areas of concern: you need to be self motivated. Check ins weekly were okay, but found them to be generic positive hype feedback that didn’t really help me improve my workouts or feel as a personally trainer after a few months

There are tons of workout routines to choose from, both for at the gym and at home. The app tracks your sets, reps, and the weight used for your workouts. It also provides the ability to swap out movements for alternatives in the event that equipment is unavailable or you're looking to switch things up. Each movement in a workout has an example video you can reference on how to perform the movement and the cues you need to get the most out of the movements. In addition to the workout routines, there is a video library for workout tips and one off workouts sessions you can perform if you are looking for something different or are short on time. The flexibility the app provides for workouts was instrumental in retaining my sanity during the COVID 19 lockdown.
This app is much more than just workouts though! There is a nutrition section that makes it easy to track your macros. Providing the ability to either manually enter and save foods or scan the barcode to add.There is also a progress section that provides insight on your fitness journey progress on both your goals and workouts. On top of that, one of the best features of this app is how easy it is to interact with Jeremy for both check-ins and real time feedback when I have questions or need advice. I genuinely can't say enough great things about this app. I can honestly say that this app has played a major role in providing me with a rewarding and positive experience on my fitness journey.
