I’ve been home for 4 hours and this tracker thinks I’m still traveling. I got it for free with my new vehicle. I’m certainly not renewing this contract. I have talked with customer service multiple times. They think it’s working fine.

The remote only goes so far and when you live so high up and the parking garage is so far down you can not start the car in your home.It stinks to get into a freezing cold car .
I can talk to people overseas on my cellphone so I bet I can start the vehicle from my apartment way up here.

Zero customer support
Have not been able to get a simple answer on any questions I’ve asked. The only response to any question I emailed about was, uh, no response.
Poor Customer Service
Easy to email them and get automated response but it takes days for person to respond. Even after a person responds it’s days to get problems solved.
There’s no customer service
The app is not giving me accurate information and there is no one that you can call for help. There’s an email address but no one ever responds. Terrible!!!
Does not work 70% of the time
It’s time for renewal but why would I pay $49 for a year of it not working? Will you refund me of it doesn’t work?

GREAT APP
Absolutely love this app! I can see where my car is, how fast it’s been driven. The only complain is that for now the app is stuck saying that it was last reported 2 hours ago although I have refreshed it many times! 9/10

Pursuit SVR no longer supports renewal
For the most part the app, geo fence and truck location all worked fine. Now that the subscription has expired, I tried to renew it for $49.99/yr and was informed that my current truck system and app are no longer supported. I guess I’ll look for a different vendor.

Worthless application
This came on the vehicle I just purchased and it is completely worthless, my assumption is it is for the dealers that have to recover repossessed vehicles. I checked it out and it showing the vehicle in my garage is 4 houses down in my neighbors garage. My Apple tracker is better than this garbage.
Horrible app and product
It appears as if Pursuit is using a rebranded app and the developer has abandoned development of it. It was last updated 1 year ago. In its current state, it’s useless. It does not update you or alert you very well. The user interface is confusing. I wish I haven’t wasted my money on this product.
I am going to point my dealer in the direction of these awful reviews and hopefully get them to stop selling this snake oil.

Not accurate
This never updates correctly. This came free for 3 years with the car. And rarely works. If anything happens to my car and this app is not working you can guarantee a lawsuit.
Not loading
Your app never opens for me when I need it. For example when I park when I’m away from home and want to Check in. It never works.
