Great service
Have always been able to be seen by a private gp in a timely fashion who has been able to assist me with my medical concerns
Scam please be careful
I used to occasionally use push dr when it was a different app. My work takes me away very last minute and sometimes I don’t have enough of a regular medication I take and this used to be a very helpful service. I downloaded the new app to use for this reason and stupidly didn’t read reviews first as thought it was the same as the previous app. I had a several minute call with a supposed dr who was very unhelpful and then told me if I wanted to get a prescription I needed to make another booking with them and promptly hung up. I could have shown her my meds & proof etc so definitely fishy. I would advise against using this company!

Scam
They lie and said they have an appointment within 4 hours. Force you to pay. To find out it’s a lie and next day online
Doesn’t work!
Maybe the worse app ever - literally doesn’t work. Juts keeps spinning. Have an account, download the app - NOTHING!
Rubbish
Rubbish app, can’t get an appointment. Waste of time and money. Have to pay before picking a time and no times available.
Are they still in business?
App hasn’t let me sign in after trying for several days. Just stuck on loading spinner. No errors.
Horrible, AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR PRESCRIPTIONS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I had a HORRIBLE experience with PushDoctor. I booked an appointment and clearly specified in advance the medication I needed, but when I met with the doctor, they refused to prescribe it. I made my needs clear from the start so the doctor shouldn't have called.
After the appointment, I promptly requested a refund since the service did not fulfill what was advertised. I had to make a chargeback claim as they also refused to refund me.

Scam
I'm very disappointed with this app. Selecting a doctor is nearly impossible as slots disappear in less than a second. I had to settle for a random doctor after multiple attempts. Then, despite having a stable internet connection, the app forced me to switch to a call instead of a video visit, which was the main reason I paid £50. The doctor did nothing to help or prescribe anything. This app is frustrating and feels like a scam.

Saw a dr this morning (no appointments available yesterday)
for a simple anti nausea script and told to dial 111 for advice. I thought that was what I paid the £49 for? Really disappointed

They want you to pay before you get a guaranteed appointment
ARE YOU KIDDING? Is this even legal - pay up front before they offer a guaranteed appointment time? This surely defies the trades description act
Just avoid
Asked for a fit note, said couldn’t write one for a previous condition?! 2 minute consultation cost £49. Waste of time and money. Avoid
Scam Company Took My Money
I had an appointment with Pushdoctor on July 4 2023, where I was supposed to discuss my symptoms and receive appropriate medication. However, the appointment did not go as expected. During the appointment, my symptoms were not addressed, and I was only asked to confirm my identity. Finally she advise me to call 111. I was provided with an advise but not the medication I needed. So I ask for refund and they said they reject my request cause GP advised me to call 111. I was supposed to charged for treatment not advise!

Doesn’t work
Paid £45, booked an appointment and then the app loops on sign in. Customer services hung up the phone on me and no reply from emails. Missed my appointment because the app doesn’t work and nobody knows what to do about it.
It feels lika a scam avoid!!!
Spend 45£ for 3 minute consultations in which I was told to go and see GP. Got fit note that it’s not approved by law and any employer can reject it. Jokes, please avoid and save your money!!!!!
Almost a scam
I’d class this is nearly a scam. They make you buy a token first (£45) before you see when the next appointment is. Apparently you can see a Doctor 7 days a week 8am-8pm. Well there aren’t any appointments today. The refund process for this token is long winded and may take 14 days to get the money back too. Forcing people out of their money before showing the times is frankly wrong and most likely a conscious manipulative decision you made.

You have to pay before you know if an appointment is available
In the past, I had a health care plan and Push Doctor came as part of the package, the service was excellent. This is why I didn’t read the reviews and wish I had.
So fast forward to Christmas 2022 when my son had a fever of 38-40C for 72 hrs, the GP and all the pharmacies were are closed, and 111 experiencing technical faults, I turned to Push Doctor again.
As I no longer have a plan, I had to use the Push Doctor private app. I had to pay £45.00 before knowing if or when we would get an appointment. This is so wrong, they should show availability beforehand and then to pay to book whichever slots are available. I didn’t expect same day, but thought it may be next day. After paying, the appointment offered was 3 days away! There’s no mention anywhere of their refund policy and we were desperate, so we had to just wait.
On the second day, everything was open and I was able to speak to our GP on the phone and got a pharmacy appointment. I knew the Push Doctor appointment was coming the next day. However, on day three, the Push Doctor doctor cancelled on us last just before the appointment. No reason given, no mention of a refund. So I emailed them to request a refund with a screenshot, after I spoke with our family GP and got an emergency appointment there instead.
Ironically, Push Doctor customer services called to discuss the refund whilst we were in the GP waiting room. A full refund was issued.
My GP explained to me that most hospitals have an emergency clinic in or near A&E and next time we’re worried, we can go there.
Push Doctor let down a child and a desperate mother. Thankfully my son is better now thanks to the NHS.

Takes money and doesn’t deliver
Awful. Takes money and can’t provide appointments for days and days. A con.
Takes Your Money And There’s No Appointments
Went through a massive sign up process. It said there was one appointment available within next 24 hours so I paid.
I then go through more sign up only to find there are no appointments for several days. I need one now!
This app shouldn’t say it is going to provide a service, take your money and then provide NOTHING. Awful.

Awful Experience
Downloaded the app after husband- quite ill needs to see a Dr but surgery not even allowing call to remain in queue- could not get appt with 111 either. From 63 in queue to 7 only for them to cut off call and then found ourselves at 108 in queue.
Was prepared to pay but don’t like the take payment before appt step and also app will not send a verification code to email despite repeated attempts. Not impressed. Will not be using until such time as it sorts itself out.
