Better than I’ve ever exercised before
I’m 148 days into the Push Up Challenge and loving it. The app is brilliant for keeping a record, reminding me and motivating me through being accountable with other friends who are doing the challenge. The graphics when I’ve completed my daily target and the likes sent by a friend who has seen my push ups, give an encouraging micro boost of joy and motivation to keep going. Great clean app that does it all simply and elegantly.

It’s very fun app!!! Got quite into my daily challenge & seeing the bar charts of my progress. Got up to 50 Press Ups a day, still enjoying it, and enjoying the well earned allowed rest days :-)
