Server-side floor control prevents two people from transmitting over each other. Works 100% offline The system runs on a server installed on board and communicates over the ship's local WiFi. Roles and chain of command Roles and permissions mirror the ship's hierarchy. Officers can address the whole vessel; department members stay on their own channels.
