What's New in Pushcut

2026.6

July 1, 2026

- Pushcut's URL Scheme now supports x-callback-urls. Now other apps can trigger Automation Server actions, integrations, and HomeKit Scenes without you writing a shortcut. - Fixed the "Copy curl" button on widgets providing an invalid URL when the widget name contained spaces.

Broken

Shortcuts no longer import.

It’s Easy

This automation app integrates seamlessly with Apple Shortcuts seamlessly. It runs in the background and makes automation dependable. The interface is easy to use.

So much for the free trial.

I wanted to do the trial, I selected the lifetime option, because I thought if I like the app, I’ll let it charge me for the lifetime license. I hate subscriptions with a passion! Anyway, it billed me straight away and now I have no option to cancel it.

Secondly, there is another subscription hidden in this app even if you do have a lifetime license?

Useless unless you pay for it.

Unless you pay for the app, it’s useless because the notification that you receive will always have “upgrade message” in the beginning and only then your message.
Better option is telegram.

What are the key features of Pushcut?

Key features include setting up alerts and reminders for scheduled and location-based smart notifications, designing custom home-screen widgets, triggering notifications and widget updates via webhooks or an API, and integrating with third-party services like Zapier and IFTTT. You can also add action buttons to notifications for quicker access.
